Collection and Delivery Process
Collection from Hotel
- Luggage transfer will be handled via hotel concierge.
- Please store your luggage at the hotel concierge prior to your selected collection time. Inform the hotel concierge that you have authorized “LuggAgent” to collect your luggage. Please ask them to provide the storage receipt or Authorization Form.
- Take 2 photos of the "Storage Receipt" and "Luggage“ (With all bags) and send it to the operator. Upon checkout, simply drop off your luggage at the front desk of your hotel and inform them that LuggAgent will be coming to pick up your luggage. Please remember to take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel.
- If front desk doesn’t have receipts, please provide "Hotel Booking Name and "Room Number" and inform front desk that the driver will pick up your luggage with your luggage photo, booking name and room number.
- The time you booked is your drop off time, not the collection time of the driver. The driver will follow a scheduled route for hotel collections.
Collection from Airport
- Please book a collection time that is at least 60 minutes after your flight arrival time, and reserve at least 60 minutess for the collection, to avoid delaying your itinerary.
- If there is a flight delay for lesser than 60 minutes, the free waiting time will be "actual flight delay time + 30 minutes" after your selected collection time. No refund will be issued if LuggAgent is not able to receive the customer's luggage within this period.
- If there is a flight delay for more than 60 minutes, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order and make a full refund to the customer
- Please send 2 photos, "your photo" and "luggage photo" to help our agent recognize you at the meeting point
Delivery to Hotel
- Luggage transfer will be handled via hotel concierge.
- Please provide your destination hotel's "Booking Confirmation Screenshots/Certification" (Clearly showing your booking platform, booking name and order number) before the service day.
- The courier will drop off your luggage at the front desk with your booking information so that you may retrieve it during check-in.
Delivery to Airport
- The delivery time must be at least "2 hours before your flight departure time". The operator will not be responsible for any subsequent loss if the delivery time is less than 2 hours from the flight departure time.
Collection from/Delivery to Airbnbs/Residences
- Please send 2 photos "your photo" and "luggage photo" to help our agent recognize you at the meeting point
- Please get ready before the selected time. Upon receiving our notification, please come to the ground floor, outside the building for transfer
- The courier will meet you in person to transfer the luggage at the designated time
- Luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack, bag or briefcase.
- Each piece of the luggage cannot exceed 32 inches (length and width total 180cm) and 32kg.
- Prohibited items in the luggage: Animals, plants, frozen items, fragile items, power banks, valuables, and any other illegal items.
- Please do not leave your passport, flight documents, cash, valuables and other important personal items in the luggage.
- Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. You can take a photo if you find something wrong and consult with customer service staff. Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is considered complete and LuggAgent will no longer bear any responsibility.
- If the luggage does not meet any of the legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customer must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities
- A complimentary USD 1,600 luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred due to delay, loss, and damage. However, it does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs.
- LuggAgent reserves the rights to reject bookings out of service areas. In such event, full refund will be issued.
- Delay Notice for Luggage Collection
- If the customer has not left their luggage at the counter before 12:00pm, and the driver is unable to contact the customer, the operator reserves the right to cancel the order and payment will not be refunded
- If the driver is made to wait for more than half an hour and is unable to contact the passengers, the operator reserves the right to cancel the order and the payment will not be refunded
- For luggage collection from the airport, if there is a flight delay for less than 60 minutes, the free waiting time will be "actual flight delay time + 30 minutes" after your selected collection time. No refund will be issued if LuggAgent is unable to receive the customer's luggage within this period. If there is a flight delay for more than 60 minutes, LuggAgent reserves the right to cancel the order and make a full refund to the customer
- Delay Notice for Luggage Delivery
- If the customer does not pick up their luggage within 30 minutes after the selected pick up time, the customer will be charged USD5 per 15 minutes (via credit card in the local currency)
- You will receive a confirmation email and voucher within 5 working days.
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Junk/Spam folder or notify us via email
- No cancellations, refunds or changes can be made
Terms and Conditions
- Tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
- There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilized by the visitor.
- This activity requires the lead traveller to redeem the tickets themselves upon showing the booking confirmation and/or voucher code at the redemption counter or presenting to the operator.
- The value of the e-ticket is in local currency.
- The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
- Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.
- Prices may vary on seasons and weekdays/weekends. Travel Recommends reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In the event where changes are made, the revised figures will be posted on the website.
- Travel Recommends and the operator will not be responsible for any accidents, loss of property or damaged caused by individual negligence.
- Travel Recommends will not be responsible should the merchant cease the product or the product is not available anymore
