How to Use Sim Card

Please register your Lycamobile Sim card after Australia Custom Clearance:

• Insert the Sim card into SIM Tray 1
• Go to https://www.lycamobile.com.au/en/registration-2/
• Enter PUK Code and Sim Number(Last 4 digit) > Click “Continue”
• Key in your Personal Details > Click “Continue”
• Enter your email address and hotel address > Click “Find Address”
• Select your hotel address > Click “Continue”
• Check all your input details > Click “Summit”
• "On" mobile data and "On" Data roaming on mobile

*Please contact the customer service if the service is not accessible with 30minutes.
