How to Use Sim Card

SIM Card can only be registered once you reach Cambodia

Step 1: Insert the SIM Card into your SIM Tray 1 only

Step 2: Visit the SMART website to register your SIM Card

Step 3: Key in the Cambodia Phone Number indicated on the SIM Card

Step 4: Press “Request SMS verification Code”

Step 5: Enter the “Verification code”

Step 6: Key in your personal details (Name / Passport / Date of Birth / Nationality / Image of Passport photo)

Step 7: Submit your details

Once the registration is done, you will receive a confirmation SMS.

**You can get free WIFI from Cambodia Airport to facilitate your setup.

• 20 percent of admin fee will be charge for refund.
• Refund requests are only valid within 60 days of your indicated Departure Date on your SIM Card order. Refunds will not be entertained after 60 days from your indicated Departure Date.
• Refund process will take approximately 14-21 working days.
