Catch a ride on the Aeronauts Balloon, the world’s best mid-air observation course and most iconic attraction in Lotte World, perfect for couples on a romantic date.

There is also an option to venture into the marine world of Lotte World’s Aquarium. Encounter 650 species and 55,000 marine animals for a great learning experience in different themed exhibits.

Important Notes

  • Korean Citizens are not eligible to purchase tickets.
  • Tickets are only available forl foreigners. 
  • 0 month ~ under 12 months: free admission to the park and the infant playing facilities (e.g. Kidstoria, etc.)
  • 12 months ~ under 36 months: free admission to the park (excluding group visitors), can use the child playing facilities after making payment
  • Please bring a document that confirms age such as passport
  • Child Playing Facilities:

  • Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue
  • South Korean passport holders must purchase their entrance tickets from the Lotte World ticket counter directly
  • In case of emergency, please call the phone number that can be seen at the bottom of your voucher
  • Travelers with disabilities must be accompanied by at least one paying adult when taking the rides

  • Tickets are subjected to availability and are not confirmed until a second confirmation email is received. In the event if the date selected is not available, alternative arrangements will be communicated via email.
  • There will be no refunds even if included items are not utilized by the visitor.
  • This activity requires the lead traveller to redeem the tickets themselves upon showing the booking confirmation and/or voucher code at the redemption counter or presenting to the operator.
  • The value of the e-ticket is in local currency.
  • The e-ticket cannot be exchanged for cash or used on more than one occasion. Any alteration(s) on the e-ticket will not be accepted by Travel Recommends and the appointed merchant.
  • Travel Recommends reserves the right to adjust the prices based on current exchange rates without prior notice.

How To Use

  • Select the preferred date and purchase online, The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
  • Receive a separate email including the e-ticket
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher and your passport at the Wild Tour Gate (On the opposite side of Lotte World Main Gate(B1F)) exchange to physical ticket for entry
