Start-Up guide for Travel eSIM:

1) Before activating your eSIM, kindly make sure your device has Wi-Fi or alternative Internet connection to scan the Travel eSIM QR code

(It is recommended to activate the eSIM in Thailand first, on the day of your flight departure. Once the QR Code is scanned, the eSIM will be activated.)

2) Set up the APN setting on mobile

3) Restart the phone.

APN Setting:

Android

Step 1: Setting > Wireless & Network > Mobile Network > Access Point Names

Step 2: Create New APN > input "drei.at" in Name & APN column > Save

Step 3: Back > Select "drei.at"

Step 4: Switch on Data Roaming and Mobile Data

Iphone / Ipad

Step 1: Setting > Mobile Data > Mobile Date Network

Step 2: Input "drei.at" in APN

Step 3: Back > Switch on Data Roaming and Mobile Data
