Start-Up guide for Travel eSIM:

1) Before activating your eSIM, kindly make sure your device has Wi-Fi or alternative Internet connection to scan the Travel eSIM QR code.

(It is recommended to activate the eSIM in Malaysia first, on the day of your flight departure. Once the QR Code is scanned, the Travel eSIM will be activated.)

2) Set up the APN setting on mobile

3) Restart the phone.

APN Setting:

Android

Step 1: Setting > Wireless & Network > Mobile Network > Access Point Names

Step 2: Create New APN > input 

APN: sphone.pelephone.net.il
Username: pcl@3g
Password: pcl

 > Save

Step 3: Back > Select “sphone.pelephone.net.il”

Step 4: Switch on Data Roaming and Mobile Data

Iphone / Ipad

Step 1: Setting > Mobile Data > Mobile Date Network

Step 2: Input 

APN: sphone.pelephone.net.il
Username: pcl@3g
Password: pcl

Step 3: Back > Switch on Data Roaming and Mobile Data
