On 1 April this year, Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea will be raising their entrance fees. This price increase will be the first since April 2016, excluding price hikes due to tax increases.
Tokyo Disney Resort price increase is due to the improvement of the theme parks’ value, with the increased availability of the smartphone app. Plus, new attractions will be opening on 15 April 2020, such as the New Fantasyland which is Beauty and the Beast themed.
The price of a one-day adult pass will be 8,200 yen (~RM 309). That’s a 700 yen increase (about 10%) from the original price.
For Junior tickets (ages 12 to 17), the prices will increase to 6,900 yen (~RM 260), which is a 400 yen increase.
Child tickets for children aged 4 to 10 will remain the same at 4,900 yen (~RM 185)
