The rail tracks at Gangchon Rail Park is on an abandoned, rustic railway track that you can cycle through while enjoying the scenic view of the countryside. 4. The Garden of Morning Calm
Well-known as one of the 50 most beautiful places in Korea, The Garden of Morning Calm sure lives up to the hype! Surrounded by what was once a carpet of lush, green grass, the area is blanketed by snow during the winter time.
Catch the garden’s famous lighting festival that showcases vibrant lights and colours. The festival lasts from December to March every year, and you shouldn’t miss it when you’re there!
