1. Everland Theme Park

The rail tracks at Gangchon Rail Park is on an abandoned, rustic railway track that you can cycle through while enjoying the scenic view of the countryside. Pedal your way around and marvel at the amazing Bukhangang River, which freezes over during the winter. You’ll get to cycle through forests covered in snow too – it’s just such a magical experience!

4. The Garden of Morning Calm

Well-known as one of the 50 most beautiful places in Korea, The Garden of Morning Calm sure lives up to the hype! Surrounded by what was once a carpet of lush, green grass, the area is blanketed by snow during the winter time.

Catch the garden’s famous lighting festival that showcases vibrant lights and colours. The festival lasts from December to March every year, and you shouldn’t miss it when you’re there!
